During the year ended 31 March 2025, the company received an interest‑free loan of
£400,107 from Ogel It Ltd, an entity under the same controlling party. Although the loan agreement
states that the balance is repayable on demand, the directors do not expect the loan to be called for
repayment within the foreseeable future, and the loan is therefore considered long‑term in
substance.
In accordance with FRS 105, the loan has been recognised at transaction price, being the amount
received. No repayments were made during the year, resulting in an outstanding balance of £400,107 at
31 March 2025 (2024: £nil).
