Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets. Group relief has been claimed for £11357 against the trading losses of £15596 which is surrendered by Sharyo Ltd (UTR 7759705271) in their financial year 31st March 2025 for Beatdown Entertainment Ltd.
