2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date, the directors owed the company £17,955 in respect of a joint loan account. Interest was charged on the advance at the HMRC official rate of 2.25%. The advance is unsecured and repayable on demand. The balance outstanding at 31 March 2024 was £Nil.
The balance of £17,955 was repaid in full within nine months of the year end.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
At 31 March 2025, the company had total financial commitments of £31,672 (2024: £53,455). This relates to a contractual agreement to acquire shares in Professional Performance Specialists PTY Ltd. The commitment is denominated in Australian Dollars and is payable in quarterly instalments of $9,375 AUD, with the final payment due on 1 December 2026.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
