During the financial year, Inclusive Bangladesh’s activities delivered clear and measurable benefits to the community**, particularly for marginalized and at-risk groups. The organization conducted two structured training programs focused on the safety and economic empowerment of transgender people. These trainings enhanced participants’ knowledge of rights, personal safety, livelihood opportunities, and community resilience, directly strengthening the capacity of transgender individuals and allies to respond to discrimination and violence. In addition, six multi-stakeholder roundtable discussions were convened, bringing together community leaders, activists, and relevant stakeholders to address the safety of transgender people, economic inclusion, and the monitoring of anti-transgender movements. These forums facilitated dialogue, improved coordination among stakeholders, and supported evidence-based advocacy and early identification of emerging threats. Inclusive Bangladesh also continued its regular flagship initiatives, including Dhaka Pride and the Xulhaz Mannan Memorial Award of Diversity. These events promoted visibility, dignity, and social inclusion, while honoring courage and contributions to diversity and human rights. Collectively, these activities strengthened community cohesion, amplified marginalized voices, and advanced equality and human rights at both community, national, regional and international levels during the financial year.
