| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Going concern: |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, not withstanding net current liabilities. The director has provided the company with an undertaking that he will continue to support the company financially for the foreseeable future. |
| Turnover |
| The total turnover of the company for the year has been derived from its principal activity wholly undertaken in the UK. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost less residual value of each asset over its expected useful life, as follows: |
