Additional Disclosures
Company limited by guarantee The Company's liability is limited by the guarantees entered into by the members. Every member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Company in the event of its being wound up during the member's period of membership, or within a year afterwards for payment of the debts and liabilities contracted before the member ceased to be a member such amount not exceeding £1 for any member. Terms of loans from related parties The company was under the control of the Directors throughout the current and previous year. Cardigan Bay Fisherman's Association Ltd (CBFA Ltd) owes £13,386 to Welsh Fisherman's Association Ltd (WFA Ltd) (07664414). Mr TJL Evans is a director of both companies. The loan is regarded as a non-interest bearing debt and payable on demand.
