• Advances and credits
  Advances to the directors are accounted for as part of the movement on the directors' current accounts with the company.
  
  During the period total advances to J A Herron and W Herron amounted to £12,000 and total credits to their joint current account amounted to £28,350. At the reporting date the J A Herron and W Herron joint current account was in credit.
  
  During the period total advances to J Herron and F Herron amounted to £24,200 and total credits to their joint current account amounted to £24,600. At the reporting date the amount due from J Herron and F Herron was £43,562. The loan was partially repaid on 22 December 2025 following the payment of an interim dividend of £325 per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2026.
