Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

Equity Corporate Investment LTD controls 100% of the shares of the Italian company Inversol Italia SRL. Following the major and serious fire that destroyed the plant, offices, and laboratories, the latter was forced to cease operations. (Video files) The entire area affected by the fire has been made uninhabitable by the Municipality of Porto Torres. To date, it has not been possible to determine the exact amount of damage, despite having engaged a specialized company with the assistance of drones. This exceptional event has made it impossible to prepare the financial statements of Equity Corporate Investment LTD. by the due date. Since we have been repeatedly requested to file the financial statements, we have decided to file them using and crystallizing the pre-fire amounts. We remain available for clarification and/or any additional documentation.
