FIXED ASSET INVESTMENTS Inspired Bookings LLP designed and supplied cloud-based appointment systems. On 5th June 2013 the company became a corporate partner in Inspired Bookings LLP. The company owned 50% of the equity in Inspired Bookings LLP which was acquired at no cost. Inspired Bookings LLP ceased trading on 31st December 2020 and the partnership was dissolved. No partnership profit or loss share for current year as Inspired Bookings LLP has not traded since then. The above report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions in part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
