Principal activities of the company

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The company's primary activities throughout the year remained consistent with the following objectives: 1. To benefit the public, particularly within the Kerala community, through: a. The advancement of education and training. b. The alleviation of poverty, sickness, and distress. c. The preservation and protection of public health. d. The provision of recreational facilities for social welfare, aiming to enhance their quality of life. 2. To further public education regarding all facets of Kerala history, art, and culture. 3. To foster racial harmony for the public good by: a. Promoting knowledge and mutual understanding among diverse racial groups. b. Advancing education and increasing awareness about various racial groups to cultivate positive relations between individuals from different backgrounds. The Directors affirm their responsibility for: 1. Ensuring the maintenance of accurate accounting records for the company. 2. The Financial Statement for the Year ended March 31, 2025, which was approved by the Board on December 7, 2025. The audited report received Board approval on December 20, 2025.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
