• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small companies regime and a copy of the Income Statement has not been delivered.

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

During the year £45,956 was advanced to a director. Amounts are unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest accrues on outstanding directors loan balances at 2.25% per year. During the year £40,000 has been repaid. The outstanding balance as at the year-end was £200,503 (2023: £194,547).
