Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
A director, maintains a loan account with the company. At the beginning of the year the Director owed the company £11,468. During the year there were advances to the director of £23,618 (2024 £5,672) and repayments of £28,978 (2024 14,448). At the reporting date the director owed the company £6,108. During the year there was £Nil worth of interest charged (2024 £NIL). No amounts were written off.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
