We continued to deliver the remaining of the locally funded parenting programmes to help parents learn positive disciplining strategies to rebuild parent-child relationship, improve family relationships and prevent family breakdown. - Majority of our clients were self-referred after having completed some of our programes in previous years. - We provided individual and group sessions tailored to fit each family's needs. The community benefited by building positive family and interpersonal relationships. Empowering parents to take responsibility for their child behaviour, use positive disciplining strategies to reduce family conflict, neglect, and anti-social behaviour. We worked with households to explore and find ways to transform how they function within their families and how the families' behaviour impacts communities. This involved goal setting and practical assistance to achieve them.
The company's stakeholders are the families and clients attending our programmes. As we value the feedback from service users, we continued to use pre and post intervention measuring tools to monitor change and identified additional needs the families may have. We also started referring most of our service users to other community organisations who deliver similar services to ours. As we have started winding down our services and programmes in anticipation of the CIC closure, we continue to inform our service users and sign post them to other local organisations and programme.
