Principal Activities

The Company was established in April 2018 as a management business to build a portfolio of care homes within Southern England. The Company was responsible for the management of 12 homes year, although one of the homes was disposed of in January 2025.

Political and charitable donations

None

Additional information

The results of the Company for the period to 31st March 2025 show an operating loss of £585,078 (2024: Loss of £254,569). The Directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis. In preparing this report, the Directors have taken advantage of the small companies exemptions provided by section 415A of the Companies Act 2006.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Revenues comprises revenues recognised by the Company in respect of goods and services supplied during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax and trade discounts as well as bank interest.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed asset, less their estimated residual value, over the useful lives on the following basis:
    Fixtures and fittings; 5 years
    Office equipment: 3 years
