1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .
1b. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

The company's investment in its subsidiary company represents the cost of acquisition of the whole of the ordinary share capital of Crickdental Limited (reg no. 12510957), which provides dental services. At the 31 March 2025, the aggregate of the share capital and reserves of the Crickdental Limited amounted to £554,075 (2024 - £691,162) and the profit for the year to that date was £401,373 (2024 - £399,555).
