Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

Living Free UK is a Community Interest Company that supports and validates the lived experiences of LGBTQ Africans, Asylum Seekers, and Refugees. Organized a summer hangout for LGBT Africans and asylum seekers in June Supported our members secking asylum with letters of support to the Home office. We organized a Christmas potluck in December to tackle loneliness and help our members socialize and network during Christmas Season 3 of our YouTube show premiered in June 2021 with a total of 8 episodes. Organized a monthly social catchup for asylum seekers every last Sunday of the month.
