The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

4	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts disclosed in the statement of financial position

Included in the statement of financial position are financial commitments of £766,325 (2024 - £561,950). The company had taken out 3 remortgaging loans, secured against the company's investment properties, with each being for a period of 19 years and are interest-only with the capital sum to be repaid in full at the end of the loan period.
During the year the company took out a new interest-only mortgage loan to purchase another investment property, secured against it, for a period of 25 years with the capital sum again to be repaid in full at the end of the loan period.

Statement of Financial Position as at 31 March 2025

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and FRS 105 ‘The Financial Reporting Standard Applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
