For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.

Accounting policies
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Going concern
The director has assessed the Balance Sheet and likely future cash flows at the date of approving these financial statements. The director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.

Transactions with related parties
The Company has taken advantage of the exemption under FRS 102 section 33 not to provide information on related party transactions with other wholly owned companies in the group. Included within creditors falling due within one year is a loan of £40,010 (2024: £38,010) which is a loan made to meet ongoing costs. The loan has been made by the director and is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.

The director considers the immediate and ultimate parent company to be Lofou Films Ltd, a Company incorporated in England and Wales and registered at 37. St Leonards Drive, Nottingham, NG8 2BB. The ultimate controlling party is Gabriella Margarita Calderone.
