Income from Shares in Group Undertakings - The company recognized a final dividend of £150,000 declared by its subsidiary, VALT Tech Ltd. No liability to Corporation Tax arose. Dividends received from UK companies are exempt. The small operating loss creates a deferred tax asset not recognized due to immateriality.
