Principal activities of the company

Aurelius Films CIC is a community interest company established to develop, produce and support film, media and educational projects that deliver social, cultural and community benefit. The company’s work focuses on storytelling that promotes awareness, inclusion, education and positive social impact, particularly among young people. During the financial period, the company’s activities centred on the development and delivery of HIS’STORY, a socially focused film and engagement initiative addressing the impact of knife crime, youth vulnerability and community resilience. The project has been developed in collaboration with community partners and supported by Bruce Holder KC and Fighting Knife Crime London. Activities undertaken during the period included research, content development, project planning, and preparation of educational materials designed for use in schools, academies and community environments. The company has also been preparing a programme of screenings, facilitated discussions and Q&A sessions to be delivered throughout 2026. These sessions are intended to support awareness, education and constructive dialogue around youth safety, decision-making and social responsibility. All activity undertaken during the period directly supports the company’s stated community interest objectives.

    The average number of persons engaged by the company during the year was three. These individuals were engaged in a voluntary or project-based capacity to support the company’s community interest activities. No salaries or wages were paid during the financial year, and no employment contracts were in place. Any contributions were made on a voluntary or expense-only basis in support of the company’s objectives.
