We benefit the local community by providing fitness training sessions and supporting peoples diet and health. We also host a variety of social events so clients meet friends, try new things and be part of a community. We deliver fitness sessions for age groups 14-70 and offer a variety of sessions to cater for all requirements. The sessions improve users physical and mental health and people can access outdoor spaces within their community. Alongside the fitness sessions we offer nutrition support and guidance, this aids with peoples confidence in cooking healthier meals and support weight management and individual goals.
