| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Investment property |
| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
| Deferred consideration |
| The terms of the sale agreement that introduced the property business to the partnership provide for a deferred consideration amount of £902,365 owed by the partnership. The split in deferred consideration is; Mr R Roberts £893,341 and Mrs C Roberts £9,024. |
| The legal title in respect of the properties remains unchanged, however, the beneficial ownership has now transferred to Landlords With Flair LLP. |
