1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024: 1).

3.	Director Advances Credits Note As at the year end 31st August 2025 the Director owed the Company £259.01
