3 Post Balance Sheet Events

On 9 December 2025, the company capitalised £30,000 of the Director’s Loan and issued 30,000 Ordinary £1 shares to the director. After this transaction, the remaining Director’s Loan balance is £2,706. This event occurred after the balance sheet date and therefore is not reflected in the figures shown in these accounts.
