| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Directors consider that the going concern basis is appropriate as although the company has net liabilities, they are principally represented by amounts due to related parties who have confirmed their ongoing support. |

| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
