Political and charitable donations

No political donations are ever made but small private sponsorship/charitable donations are made for causes deemed by the Company to be worthy of assistance

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

Whilst the premises cannot be altered for physical disabilities the Company has purchased a lightweight mobility scooter for a Director who has severe mobility issues and needs to travel on behalf of the Company. The Company makes allowances for an employee with neurodivergence/ADHD by ensuring that she is paid even if she has to take time away from work and, where possible, allowing her to work from home for short periods of time.

Additional information

The Company is mindful of the need to ensure that any disabled clients are considered and so, where appropriate, clients will be met at premises that are easily accessible but still afford privacy as necessary. Attention has been shown to all aspects of employment law including the changes that are being made under the Employment Rights Act 2025. Training is being undertaken as appropriate. The Company has security to its office to comply with all requirements of GDPR and Data Protection
