Profit and Loss Account

The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial year. During these years, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss. All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do nt form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of 108 flats situated at 23-87 and 94-132 Barbot Close and 108-136 (even numbers only) Pycroft Way, Edmonton, London. N9 9XQ are held in trust for the residents. Certain items of expenditure were paid on behalf of the company by the directors.

The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
