For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities, and with The Charities Act 2011. There were no material departures from these standards.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items recognised at cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant note(s) to the accounts.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Voluntary Income is received by way of donations and gifts and in included in the full statement of Financial Activities when receivable.
Grants, including grants for the purchase of tangible fixed assets are recognised in full in the Statement of Financial Activities in the year in which they are receivable.
Fund Raising and Investments
Incoming resources from fund raising and investments are included when the charity is legally entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy.
Resources expended are recognised in the period in which they are incurred. Resources expended include attributable VAT which cannot be recovered.
The resources expended are allocated to the particular activity where the costs directly relates to the activity. Where costs are attributable to more than one activity, they are apportioned across the costs categories on a basis consistent with the use of these resources.
The costs of generating funds comprise those costs associated with attracting voluntary income. Charitable expenditure comprise those costs incurred by a charity in the delivery of its activities and services for its beneficiaries. It includes both costs that directly relate to an activity and those of an indirect nature necessary to support them. Governance costs include costs associated with meeting the constitutional and statutory requirements of the charitable company.
Unrestricted funds are donations and other incoming resources receivable or generated for the objects of the charity without further specified purpose and are available as general funds.

Designated funds are unrestricted funds set aside by the management committee for particular purposes.
Restricted funds are to be used for specific purposes as laid down by the donor. Expenditure which meets these criteria is charged to the fund, together with a fair allocation of management and support costs.
Inventories have been valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

Company limited by guarantee
The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital.
Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of the charity being wound up, the liability in respect of the guarantee is limited to £10 per member of the charity.
