During the year, the company made an advance to directors totalling £15,000 (2024 - £nil). £70 (2024 - £nil) was repaid in the year, and the remainder was repaid after the year but before the date of signing this report. The advance was made interest-free and was repayable on demand.

For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
