Company activities and impact

Be Active has focused on providing free one to one coaching with the performance players in Southwark. In addition, we provided free advisory support on fundraising and management for social enterprise and a charity.

Consultation with stakeholders

Be Active liaises with the parents of the performance tennis players. It works with the Trustees of the charity and social enterprise in providing fundraising and support for administration.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid to the directors in respect of qualifying services was £79,278. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
