The company runs a community theatre cafe / shop and manages the external bookings in support of the charitable work of the Theatr Gwaun Community Trust. The company was able to make a charitable donation to the Trust during the year of £16,011 (2024: £16,402).
The company's stakeholders are residents of and visitors to Fishguard and the surrounding area. The directors of the company have lived in the area for a number of years and have continued to develop the business model for the shop based on their experience of talking to the directors of the Theatr Gwaun Community Trust and other residents of the town.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
