    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents revenue recognised by the company in respect of rental, investment and sundry income.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is charged on the cost of freehold land and buildings on a straight-line basis at a rate of 2% per annum.
