As of 30 September 2025 the director owed the company £12,244 (2024: the company owed the director £339). Transactions with the director are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.

Bernwoods Fuels and Land Management Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 61 London Road, Maidstone, Kent, England, ME16 8TX. The accounting period has been extended to 18 months due to the company ceasing to trade. Therefore the balances for 2025 are not entirely comparable to 2024.

For the period ended 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
