The CIC was set up to be the long leaseholders and independent manager of the St Martin’s Youth Centre in Lambeth. The London Borough of Lambeth had constructed the youth centre as part of a building programme for two new schools on the St Martin’s Estate. Operational since September 2017 the CIC has agreed to become a Community and Arts hub with a focus on projects that reach a variety of youth centred activities including dance, drumming, music, as well as space for young artists to create.
