Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Company activities and impact

The Company operates a centre for arts activities, theatre, music, cultural events and community participation. All of these activities promote a diverse and cultural environment that benefits all who participate.

Consultation with stakeholders

The principal stakeholders are the public of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. The company issue a newsletter to keep stakeholders informed of upcoming events. They also promote communication over social media.

Directors' remuneration

Directors remuneration of £53,706 for the year ended 31 March 2025 (2024-£54,614).
