| The company has net current liabilities of £864,234 (2023: £857,286) and relies on the support of its director to ensure it meets its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |

| The preparation of financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting practice requires management to make estimates and judgement that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities as well as the disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities as well as the disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the balance sheet date and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. |
