Our stakeholders comprise of professional partnerships for example: police, schools and social services, we have multi agency meetings with these partners and share good practice, issues and successes that have arisen through working together. We regularly consult with our client stakeholders (this includes children and young people) through surveys, weekly meetings, exit interviews, regular feedback, we also use the empowerment star with our clients to assess their journey and to reflect on the service and support that they receive. Our staff, board members and volunteers are all stakeholders, we ensure that we have ongoing supervision, team meetings, surveys, away days and an open door policy to ensure that we get both formal and informal feedback on our services. We recently consulted with our families to find out what activities they would like to be involved in, they came back with a list of ideas and these are now being run as weekly family activities. The feedback and attendance has been fantastic showing us how important it is to ask, listen and respond.
