Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 6 (2023: 4 ).

2. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

At 1 December 2023 the company owed a director £282,277 (1 December 2022 £282,488). The company made payments on behalf of a director of £nil (30 November 2023 - £211). During the period the director made payments on behalf of the company of £1,366 (30 November 2023 - £nil). At 31 March 2025 the company owed a director £283,643 (30 November 2023 - £282,277). The loan is interest free and repayable on demand.

For the period ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
