Company activities and impact

Through its activities, Hidden Abilities CIC delivers community benefit by enabling accessibility and equality work that would otherwise be difficult or impossible for individuals to sustain independently. The company’s impact includes: Supporting disabled and visual learning individuals to engage more effectively with public and private organisations by ensuring information and processes are accessible. Enabling the identification, documentation, and communication of real-world accessibility barriers using structured, evidence-led approaches. Helping organisations understand how accessibility and reasonable adjustments operate in practice, not just in policy. Reducing conflict and escalation by supporting clearer communication, better record-keeping, and earlier identification of barriers. Contributing to improved service design and organisational awareness by ensuring lived- experience evidence is captured accurately and presented responsibly. By providing reliable back-office and administrative support, Hidden Abilities CIC helps ensure that accessibility work is sustainable, consistent, and focused on practical outcomes for the community.
