These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made interest-free advances to the director amounting to £28,467 (2024: £32,758) which were still outstanding at the year end. These advances are on demand. During the year, the company received repayment of the £32,758 balance due at the previous year end.
