Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Friends of Thornbury Park CIC supported the local community through activities focused on the improvement, enjoyment, and sustainability of Thornbury Park. The company’s activities included engaging local residents through community subscriptions, fundraising initiatives such as tree adoption and small-scale sales of jams, and working with stakeholders to support environmental improvements within the park. Funding received during the year, including community contributions and a local authority grant, was used to support these objectives and to reimburse legitimate expenses incurred in delivering community benefit.
