| 11. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year the director, Mr C Snelling advanced funds to the company to finance the construction of the company's rental property. The balance outstanding on the director's loan account at 31 March 2025 was £224,755 (2024: £187,282). |
| From September, when the property became available for letting, interest was charged on the outstanding loan balance at a rate of 5% per annum, which the directors consider to be on commercial terms. Interest charged for the period from 1 September 2024 to 31 March 2025 amounted to £6,573. |
| At the year end, the interest had been accrued and remained unpaid. The interest will be settled in cash in due course. |
| No other related party transactions requiring disclosure occurred during the year. |
