Principal activities of the company

The directors present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025. Principal activity Educational support services to Special Students Directors The following directors held office during the whole of the period: Michael Andrew Royal Deborah Laurel Barnett Shawnette Patrice Johnson Viviene Achaa Royal Charitable and Political donations We have recived the donations from registered Charities and local Councils but we did not pay or receive any political Donations Statement of directors' responsibilities The directors are responsible for preparing the report and accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Company law requires the directors to prepare accounts for each financial year. Under that law, the directors have elected to prepare the accounts in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). Under company law the directors must not approve the accounts unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the profit or loss of the company for that period. In preparing these accounts, the directors are required to: - select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; - make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; - prepare the accounts on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business. The directors are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and enable them to ensure that the accounts comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. There were no material departures from that standard. 3Accounting policies The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts. Company activities and impact

Aspire AP Education is an Alternative Education provision school (Aspire AP School 2) working with vulnerable and marginalised young people at risk of exclusion from education. We work with local authorities and local schools in the Birmingham and Black Country areas to provide an education for vulnerable children at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 of their education. We also support pupils parents and family with home visits and family support. We provide a free breakfast club for pupils and extra enrichment activities beyond school hours on a charitable basis. WE DO NOT TAKE PRIVATE SCHOOL PUPILS. Aspire AP School 2 is based in Smethwick in Sandwell is linked to Aspire AP School which is run by the charity Ecclesia International and based in Hall Green, Birmingham.

Consultation with stakeholders

Aspire AP Education CIC consults the charity it has an asset lock with with is Ecclesia International Charity. Aspire AP Education CIC runs Aspire AP School 2 based in Smethwick, Sandwell while Ecclesia International runs Aspire AP School based in Hall Green, Birmingham. While the school are linked they remain separate organisations.

Transfer of assets

PART 4- TRANSFERS OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION - £6500 gift was given by the charity Transforming Lives for Good when they transferred the school to Aspire AP Education CIC to tide us over on the transition period. This is shown in our accounts
