During this first, shortened accounting period, Fiery Hearts CIC was established, incorporated, and operational from a governance and organisational perspective. The directors focused on setting up appropriate governance structures, defining the company’s community purpose, and preparing for the delivery of community wellbeing initiatives. While the company was ready to commence delivery, the provision of community programmes was dependent on securing external funding. No funding was received during the period and, as a result, no funded activities could be delivered and no measurable social impact arose during this reporting period.
Stakeholder engagement during the period focused on early-stage conversations, relationship-building, and informal consultation to shape future programme delivery and partnerships. Formal stakeholder involvement and community participation will commence once funding is in place and service delivery begins.
