The loan balance due to the Director has increased by £70,000 in the year, up to £575,719. No interest is charged on the outstanding balance and there are no fixed terms of repayment.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
