The company had previously received loan funding from its Director (Mr S Campbell) and EHG Hotel Ltd, a company which has the same shareholder and director as EHG Assets Ltd. During the year, £125,000 of additional funding was recieved, as well as normal activities between EHG Assets Ltd and EHG Hotel Ltd. The loans are repayable on demand and no interest is charged on the loans.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
