The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Amounts due to Directors totalled £712 at the year end (2024: £384). These attract no interest and have no specified repayment terms. No amounts were waived or written off during the year.

These things ensure that the Company is not established or conducted for private gain; any profits or assets are to be applied solely for the benefit of the community. Directors are instead remunerated via payroll and contracting.
