For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
KENILWORTH COURT (WATFORD) LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 00620916 . The registered office is 2 Kenilworth Court, Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 4LE.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The directors have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
2.3. Turnover
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
2.4. Dormant company acting as an agent
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 March 2025. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.
2.5. Contractual commitments
The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the leases. As at 31 March 2025 the company had not entered into any noncancellable contractual commitments.

6. Related Party Transactions
No transactions with related parties were undertaken such as are required to be disclosed.
The lessees are the owners of the company and contribute to the service charge for the property in accordance
with the proportions prescribed within their leases on an arms length basis. There is no ultimate controlling party.
