The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2025

Principal Activities

The principal activities of the company continue to be the letting of residential properties on assured shorthold tenancies. During the period financing of £439K was raised to fund further expansion of the property portfolio in 2025.

Political and charitable donations

Charitable donations were made solely to UK registered charities in the period. No political donations were made.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

The company does not have any employees. For future reference, it continues to maintain an equal opportunities policy, regardless of sex, race, disabilities or religious beliefs.
