The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Director's advances, credits and guarantees
|
During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £5,686 (2024: £4,777). The company recieved repayments from the director during the year amounting to £13,321 (2024: £9,851). The total amount due to the company at the year end was £7,084 (2024: £14,719). This balance is considered repayable on demand. Interest is charged on overdrawn balances during the year at a rate of 2.5%.
